Description: Start off the class with a few grounding exercise. We will warm up with a few rounds of the sun salutation to get the body warmed up. The class will break up into two parts, the first part will be a “Power Yoga” flow and the second portion of class will be on the mat for the “Mat Conditioning Pilates”. Using about 12 of the “classic” Pilates exercise and about 10 different preparatory exercises to get us ready for the classics. We will conclude with a brief meditation/visualization session.
